Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.
Order Cancellation (After Shipment/on the way):
Once your order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
After Receiving Your Order:
- If your package is not delivered due to logistics or shipping carrier issues, we will assist you in contacting the shipping provider to resolve the matter. However, since logistics are managed by third-party companies, we are not responsible for such delivery failures and do not offer refunds in these cases.
- If you encounter any quality-related problems within 3 days of receiving your order, we will take full responsibility. You may apply for a partial refund or product replacement within this 3-day period. Please contact us with photos or videos showing the issue for prompt assistance.
- Unless the above, Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
