Returns and Refunds

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist in resolving any issues.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
  • For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
  • Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

Order Cancellation (After Shipment/on the way): 

Once your order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

After Receiving Your Order:

  • If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
  • Unless the above, Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Important Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the product has been shipped.
